Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your registration,
you will receive a refund depending on
the time of your cancellation:

• 28 days or more before event = 100% refund
• No refund will be made after 14 days prior to the booked time.
• That is unless a substitute reservation has been made, in which case a full refund will be made.
• A cancellation number will be given for your security.

If a Tour has to be cancelled for any reason a full refund will be made.

Please note that if paying by Cheque or Direct Deposit, your
registration will not be confirmed until we have
cleared your cheque or payment.
